ARC was first founded in 2007, and has been organised each year in the UK, becoming established as the most important conference for leaders in the inflight retail industry.
Now the portfolio is expanding to cater for a number of other territories: the most recent Airline Retail Conference took place on 11th & 12th January 2011 at Grand Hyatt Macau. With over 150 delegates from all over the world, including over 40 airline representatives and most major concessionaires, the successful ARC2011 Asia-Pacific was our first event in the region.
