Caviar CALVISIUS “Tradition”

“The most elegant caviar”

 Since 1992 this prestigious roe is obtained from the White Sturgeon (Acipenser Transmontanus). Its delicious and creamy-tasting caviar is characterized by a colour ranging from dark-brown to grey and lightly amber. This roe is medium-large size, and exhibits a light nutty flavour.

 

 

 

Caviar Oscietra “Classic”

“The caviar for the connoisseurs”

 This caviar is obtained from the original Caspian Sea species Russian Sturgeon (Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii). With an intense aroma and an unmistakable flavour, this exquisite caviar has a medium size. Caviar connoisseurs will particularly love the translucent colour which can vary from dark-grey to brown.

Among the Russian Sturgeons (Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii) this special quality is selected. Caviar connoisseurs will certainly appreciate this delicious and creamy caviar with a colour ranging from dark-brown to grey and light amber. This roe is a medium-large size.

 

 

 

 

Caviar de Venise

This caviar is obtained from a cross breed of Siberian Sturgeon (Acipenser Baerii) and the Adriatic Sturgeon (Acipenser Naccarii). The caviar is slightly smaller in size than the White Sturgeon and Oscietra. Caviar de Venise exhibits a well-rounded flavour that lingers on the palate with its fine, slightly iodized taste. The colour is translucent varying from dark to light brown.
